These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Times Tab (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a news portal based in Bangladesh with its office located at Lake City Concord, Khilkhet, Dhaka – 1229, Dhaka, and with the email address [email address removed].   • All content published on Times Tab, including but not limited to articles, news reports, opinions, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and trademarks (the “Content”), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.  
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without the prior written consent of Times Tab, except as follows:
    • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.  
    • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
    • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution. 
  • Any unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

3. User Conduct

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the website, or any other systems or networks connected to the website.

  • Engage in any conduct that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the website or interfere with any other party’s use of the website. 

4. User-Generated Content

  • Times Tab may allow users to submit comments or other content (“User-Generated Content”).
  • By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Times Tab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User-Generated Content throughout the world in any media. 
  • You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User-Generated Content that you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate these Terms and Conditions or the rights of any third party. 
  • Times Tab reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove User-Generated Content that we deem in our sole discretion to be inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Times Tab is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and disclaims any liability for it.

5. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Times Tab. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. By using our website, you expressly relieve Times Tab from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

  • The website and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
  • Times Tab does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Times Tab does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Content. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the website shall be exclusively brought in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.  

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Times Tab reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.  

11. Termination

Times Tab reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the website, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.  

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Times Tab regarding your use of the website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
